Our imaginations take us on a delightful journey in this class, filled with engaging yoga games to strengthen bodies and build social skills. Posey the peacock introduces the pose of the day (the kids adore him!) then the adventure begins! Children also learn the power of breath for focus and relaxation to provide a healthy foundation in their early school years. Each class ends with relaxation and our signature foot rubs.
Gain resilience and increase range of motion with specifically designed yoga sequences in an infrared heated room (85 degrees) improving blood circulation and alignment. A beneficial stand-alone practice or as a balance to support sports activity where repetitive motion tightens muscles and tendons, this specifically designed class balances out overused muscles aiding in injury prevention.
Special Needs Yoga
Our teachers have additional training to support each child’s unique abilities and needs. Our special needs class integrates yoga and play with a therapeutic, fun-filled approach to support physical, mental and emotional development. Body awareness, strength building postures and breath work are all incorporated.
Family Yoga Classes
Bring the whole family to our family yoga class. Share a breath, share a pose, share some family love in this relationship building class. All ages. All levels.

Private Yoga Classes
One-on-one classes focus on the individual needs of your child. Whether it’s strengthening, relaxation or special needs, a FlyKids instructor will customize a class with your goals and needs in mind.
For family bonding and connection and fun, private family classes are also available.
