Jennifer does yoga to experience clarity, calm, flow of breath and movement and presence.
Jennifer loves teaching yoga to kids to remind them of how wonderful they are. Jennifer explains, "I am here to love myself and spread that knowledge to these awesome little beings of light." In return, her students teach Jennifer to go with the flow, have fun, and even while doing yoga, to be patient with others and herself.
When Jennifer is not at the studio, she enjoys spending quality time with her husband and son, dancing like no one is watching, and traveling to experience different places and cultures.

Catie does yoga and meditation to go within, to tap into her higher being, and to relish in stillness.
Catie loves teaching yoga to kids because they bring a fresh, genuine perspective to the mat. She admires their commitment to their practice and their dedication to becoming the best they can be in every role they play, and their willingness to have limitless fun.
When Catie is not at the studio, she is writing, reading, and enjoying time with loved ones.
When Diane isn't doing yoga she enjoys spending time with her family doing fun stuff (she has 2 sons and a great husband!), reading, and meeting friends for coffee!
“Never be a prisoner of your past. It was just a lesson, not a life sentence." ~Unknown
Heather has been practicing yoga for over 14 years because it calms her mind and connects her body with her heart. “Yoga keeps me physically and mentally healthy. It’s a practice I use on and off the mat in my daily life.”

Heather also owns her own photography business, Oakwoods Photography, and loves capturing authentic moments in time with her clients and our FlyKids Yoga yogis! Natalie is a public school teacher who finds allure in the setting and achieving of goals in both the professional and personal areas of her life. She does yoga to stay connected and grounded, as she is aware that it is so much more than simply a physical practice.
Natalie loves teaching yoga to kids because she is able to offer them a “safe space”: a space in which to share deeper thoughts and reflections without judgment; a space in which to move freely and without inhibitions; a space in which to let go. Natalie recognizes that kids’ emotions run much more deeply than typically realized, and she wants to give a nod of respect to this fact.
When Natalie is not at the studio, she is dreaming of what the next phase of her life will hold. Currently, she is preparing to launch a website/blog that will feature articles to inspire other teachers to have a more positive outlook on the workplace and about life in general. Her Yellow Lab, Penny, is her constant sidekick, and she loves walking her on local nature trails and around her current digs in Downtown Fort Worth.
